Taking place during the Three Weeks, this year’s gathering carries a unique depth and opportunity — a time that invites reflection, inner work, and the possibility of real transformation.
Alongside many of our beloved retreat elements — nourishing yoga and meditation, time in nature by the water, meaningful connection, and a warm, supportive community — we’ll also be introducing new teachings and conversations inspired by the auspicious times we are living in. “During these powerful days between destruction and redemption, we journey from the consciousness of the Nachash to the awakening of Moshiach — from constriction, fear, and fragmentation toward harmony, healing, and wholeness. The inner work of these times is not only to mourn what was lost, but to awaken the redemption waiting within ourselves, our communities, and the world.
Together, we’ll gently explore what it means to move through change, awaken something deeper within, and align body, mind, heart, and soul with a greater sense of purpose and renewal. If you’re feeling called to step away, reset, and be part of something both grounding and uplifting, I would love for you to join us.
This year’s special experience includes
*Torah Learning Circles and Tiferet Movement with Bracha Meshchaninov
✨ Judith Rose guiding her deeply energizing and restorative Vital Movement practice
✨ Transformational Breathwork and a
heart-opening Cacao Ceremony with Perry Gottlieb
✨ A soul-nourishing Nature Hike through the beauty of
Harriman State Park with Malka Aarons
✨ Creative and soulful Artistic Expression with Sara Bongart
Many of us are feeling stretched thin right now,
yet at the same time, we know what would help…
We know the healing power of nature — yet we rarely give ourselves the time.
We know how essential it is to move our bodies — yet our schedules dont allow...
We know we need connection and real community — yet we end up navigating so much alone...
We know the value of inspirational Torah learning..... but we often skip the shiurim.......
This Summer, do yourself the favor …
give yourself what you truly need!
Not just a Retreat, but a rescue!!
